Can't Log In

    I logged out of my website and now I can’t get back in! It’s accepting my password but then just takes me to the homepage, with no way to get into the backend. I tried an incorrect password and it told me it was incorrect, so it’s something with the login itself, not my password. I have never had this issue before. I had logged out because it was doing something else funky and I thought maybe this would help…

    Did install/activate some login/membership or security/redirect plugin?
    If yes, using ftp temporary rename that plugin’s folder for something else in wp-content/plugins/

    The problem fixed itself, so I am guessing there was a temporary issue with our host or WordPress but it has been working again for a day thankfully.
