It was better when one could input html codes in the form’s email section. Now it’s not accepting html codes
Contact From 7 still accepts HTML in the mail section.
Microsoft Word is probably not the right text processing software you need to processes html mark-up. There several text editors available in your specific operating system that would help you format HTML mark-up. See brackets and notepad ++
Also remember to check the “USE HTML content type” in the mail section of your CF7 form interface.

Davmerit,
Thanks for your reply. It’s appreciated. Unfortunately html codes are not being accepted for some reason like they used to for me.
Also, “USE HTML content type” is always checked, so that’s not the issue.
I was able to fix the formatting issue on my own. Something changed whenever the wysiwyg formatting option was added to the Mail section.
I have tested copying and pasting several ways and still have the same results:
The only way I have been able to get the formatting to stick is to format directly within the Mail section. I MUST use the wysiwyg options in order for the text to not jumble and stay as inputted.
Like I mentioned before, although I appreciate the thought of the wysiwyg (and would be happy if worked properly and could add color to text with it), the way it is now, it’s limiting instead of easier.
Please take a look at this. I know something is different with how this is functioning. One should just easily be able to copy and paste and the formatting sticks.
Thanks.

This is probably where the problem is coming from :). I do not think WYSIWYG editors are appropriate for editing HTML code.

That is not the only to get CF7 to accept the HTML code you add to the mail section. Please see to the links in my earlier reply. Download one of those and use them to edit HMTL mark-up for use in CF7 mail section.
