Dele post, category, tag and comment boxes

    Posts, categories, tags and comments appear on the home page at the bottom automatically in blocks, I want to delete them please assist…I am not good at wordpress nor can I code

    I have another problem if someone could help…the home page is there but does not appear under pages and therefore cannot put into menu, you cannot revert back to it after linking to other pages, why is this and how do I get the home page to appear on the menu
