Location and Skill Filter

    Hi,
    How do I create a five stage filter, for a classifieds type of site.
    eg, a filter having COUNTRY, CITY, AREA, SKILL1, SKILL2 filters

    I have no coding skills, and would need step by step guidance if code has to be added somewhere on the page, or shortcodes / plugins etc. have to be used.
