I just checked your website and was not able to see a white space between the top bar and your header. Have you been able to fix it yourself?

It’s still there unfortunately.
Sometimes it is and sometimes it isn’t.
It wasnt there but i edited the page and then when i reloaded it the white space was back 😕
Why would it be doing this?

Yes, this issue is prevalent. I came here searching for a solution for this issue. Any solution for this please? The white bar below the top bar is totally unnecessary.
Note –
1. The white bar disappears when the arrow is clicked to close the top bar. Otherwise, it is present.

Hello aranyani, I checked your website and did not notice any whitebar as of now. I would recommend switching to WordPress default theme and testing as that way you would be able to know if it’s something caused by your theme.
@swativijayan, Swati, I would recommend always creating a different support request so the previous ticket owner does not get emails. And this also helps to communicate with you directly.
Regarding the issue you are facing that bar is not something added by our plugin. Please try switching to WordPress default theme and testing again.
I am having this issue as well, so I believe it is connected to the plugin. I will create a separate ticket.
