The post you shared is old and we do not add CSS to the site that way anymore. Can you let me know how you are testing your website (tools, links) that I can see for myself. This will helo debug your issue.

Secondly the links you provided show me below error
“The public waterfall request had some invalid parameters or could not be found.”
Secondly, can you let me know where exactly are you using our form? The one I saw opening in a pop-up is created using a different plugin “MailMunch”
I was testing out “MailMunch” dont want to use it.
I have disable your plugin, but I was using it in the footer of the site.

I just tested your website. The form you have in your footer is not created using our plugin. Please check again which plugins you have installed and how you are adding the form, as that will give you an idea on which exact plugin you are using.
I am using the MailChimp widget on the MailChimp by MailChimp and Crowd Favorite plugin
