Conflict with Multi-lingual WPML

So a client has installed this plugin on their site and the shipping rates only apply to one currency (Euro’s). They are using WPML multi-language plugin, I would like to know if upgrading to your pro-version will fix this, or if multi-currency cart totals is just something unsupported
