So I made a child theme like a good boy; started making my edits, and at some point I got overzealous and changed something in the parent header.php file and I believe that’s what is causing me some issues:

When the viewport changes to a smaller (mobile) view the ‘hamburger’ icon no longer shows up in the right corner, instead I get a rectangle, same goes for the arrows that were in the body..

does anyone have the original header.php file that i can resort back to, or is there a work around to get it back to normal?

  • Hello erobs16x,

You can download the theme Pictorico from wordpress.org, isn’t it where you got it in the first place?

    Luiz,

Appreciate the response but I downloaded it from within my server ( on the wordpress platform) thus overriding all of my parent files.

I can’t find it externally, thanks though.

Tried using the original header.php file and it is not fixing the issue with the mobile menu toggle…any suggestions as to where I would have to fix it?

It looks like the Genericons font isn’t loading. Can you try replacing the parent theme folder completely with a fresh copy of the entire theme? Using an FTP client is best for this.
