Sort posts by profile settings

Hello, I would like to ask you and also asked for help finding a plugin either one or more.

Plugin should satisfy the following:
Registration, login, etc.
profile settings in terms of the type of post I am interested. Posts will be divided into three categories and the user selects one type of category or more types by settings in his profile and on the web there will be just this post, witch he selected.

Example: The Web is directed to articles of business, but the articles are a mix of the three categories (for large companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs). The user comes to the site, where he finds the possibility of registering and after completing his profile will only show the posts that he will want, others will be hidden.
