Build button not working

    Hi,

    I have been using Duplicator for a long time and its fabulous. I have a site now where the build button does nothing. I check the box to acknowledge errors and the build button is active but when I press it nothing happens.

    I have installed an older version – same problem, deleted and totally reinstalled – still the same.

    I have an almost identical site where it works fine. I deactivated the only plugin that was different and still no luck.

    Please advise what else I can check. TIA

    I have replicated this error on two other sites.

    When I upgrade to the latest version of BackWPUp Version 3.2.0 the Build Button ceases to work on Duplicator.

    When I deactivate or delete the BackWPUp plugin it does not fix the problem.

    Very frustrating, I have been using these two plugins together quite happily for years.

    This appears to be some problem local to my machine. Works fine on other devices

    Are you seeing the message:

    “A warning status was detected, are you sure you want to continue?”
    If so you have to check the checkbox and the Build Button will become enabled.

    On one of the sites it is there but I have checked it. Same problem when it isn’t showing

    Hey Powerj,

    I tried both BackWPup 3.2.1 and Duplicator (0.5.32) and can’t seem to produce that issue. If your still having issues go ahead and submit a support ticket with a link to this thread and I’ll have a closer look.

    I uninstalled the white label plugin and the problem has gone away – possibly something to do with their css?
