Is it possible to add a text field after the radio button?

Like this example:
[radio radio-11 “A” “B” “C [text XXX]” “D”]

Use free_text option.

Thanks, but that only gives an input field at the end of all options.
I need an input field after the second or third radio button.

[radio radio-11 free_text “A” “B” “C”] [radio radio-11 “D”]
