Double slideshow on a nggallery shortcode

After upgrade WP and NG to latest version I’m getting double slideshow (lightbox effect) on nggallery shortcode. Example here: http://www.sadilkafoundation.org/mission-in-mahua-and-bhavnagar-india/

Is not theme related as I have switched to WP default one and is same issue. Plugins were ruled out as well.

Any clue what is going on?
