Creating 2nd Menu and Exclude Pages

    Hi, could someone please help? I made a new menu through
    appearance > menu
    and for some reason the result still includes some pages I DONT want to show.. http://prntscr.com/8kat31
    how do I exclude those pages? Is that a bug in wordpress? I thought creating this menu is what you see is what you get..
    Any help would be great thank you.
