Row Background fails to display

    Hi,

    I’m having real issues with getting a background image to display when inserting a row.

    F.ex I want a parallex background for a row section on the frontpage – I do the steps as advised here: http://www.kadencethemes.com/creating-demo-layout/ but then, when I refresh, there’s nothing. I’ve tried different background setting (tiled, etc) but it’s still blank. I also find it strange that I can’t put anything in top-padding as they are “disabled”…http://imgur.com/LfMNsY1

    Any thoughts?
