Confirmation email with form values

Hey folks,
I think I may be using the wrong tool, but maybe someone can help me do this with MailPoet. I have made 2 forms for my site with lots of text fields, a drop-down box and some checkboxes. I want to use the email generated by the submission as a template for other work that I can process from an email.

All I get is the notification email and I have to go in and view the user to get those values selected in the form. Is there a way to include those in the confirmation email?

Perhaps I will need to use another solution, but I thought I’d ask!
