How to change adress

    okay here is a new problem. I couldnt upgrade to v 2.3.1 so i created a new blog. But all of my friends have the old adress.

    I can ofcourse redirect the page but is there a better way?

    It’s not clear to me what you are asking. Are you asking how to move your new installation of WP to the folder where the old installation was?

    If you’re starting over anyway, why not just delete the old blog and install a new one in the old current location?

    But maybe I’m not understanding the question.

    Yes im asking about how to move my new instalation to my old folder!

    I did start over BUT i needed the old one still untill ive moved my old posts and settings over to the new installation

    Sorry if i didnt asked my question a little more specific!

    When i tried to move it i wasnt able to connect to my admin page for some reason. What i did was just to rename the new folder to the old name (after offcourse renaming the old)..
