Chat/Message notification by phone (text)?

    Our biggest request or concern is how quickly we receive the message from the perspective client and where it goes, i.e. text or email, as the purpose is to respond to a client quickly while they are still on the site.

    We’d REALLY prefer an immediate TEXT to my cell PHONE.

    Can this be set up to get messages to us via text?
    If not, which plugin, if any, does?
