I’ve got the same issue. The slides are not advancing after the most recent update.
Hi!
The meta slider plugin is also not working on my website.
After I uploaded all my images of a particular event, I clicked on the save and preview button. However, I only got a white area. I need this slider on a new page on my website to show everybody the pictures of the event as soon as possible. The WordPress theme I am using is Tyros and I saw that this slider has never been checked on this theme. I contacted WordPress but they told me to contact meta slider. I am wondering what is going on. Does the slider perhaps not work on my theme or are the images too heavy and so on. Hope anybody can help me
@minmanases
I’m seeing lots of 404 errors on your site for scripts that are required for JavaScript functionality to work (including Meta Slider).
I would suggest deactivating the other plugins you’re using first and retest. If that doesn’t work it’s probably your theme – are you able to contact the theme developer?
Many thanks,
Dave

Are you able to raise a separate support requests and provide a link to your sliders?
Thanks,
Dave
Weird but after doing a site backup the slider is working again. Thanks for the help!
@ Matcha Labs
Yes I actually got the link via meta slider but when I paste it into a page I do not see anything. But suddenly I can also no longer update any plugins.
I have the same problem.
Javascript not working.
TypeError: $(…).nivoSlider is not a function
Hi all,
Please create a new post along with a link to your slider if you still require support.
The author of this post has now confirmed their issue is now resolved.
Thanks,
Dave

The issue started occurring again within days unexpectedly. I have updated all the plugins including the theme and nothing worked. I also tried disabling all plugins and enabling only the meta slider and it didn’t work. I switched over to another theme to see if it was a theme related error but switching to twentie fifteen didn’t do much. You mentioned something about 404 errors? May i know what you are referring to? I think it may be a coding related issue.
Here’s my website for reference: http://manases.org/

Hi minmanases,
It looks like jQuery is returning a 404 error now:
http://manases.org/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.3
Meta Slider requires jQuery to work.
Thanks,
Dave
