• I installed the free, Lite version of Widgetkit in WordPress for our site. The plugin is up to date. I am unable to edit and update existing images and information using the Widgetkit, now. When I hit the “save changes” button, I get a scroll bar icon that never stops scrolling, and the page does not update. Do I need to actually purchase this app in order for it to work? I haven’t had any problems, before.

  • That would be a question for the developers of the plugin. Try whatever support channel they have set up for their product. Good luck!

I’ve also sent a help request to the developers. I’m just not sure what end the problem is on, because after I click on the Widgetkit link in the toolbar, the entire WordPress program stops working and I have to restart my browser.

If you disable the plugin and WP functions normally (minus the things added by the plugin, of course), it’s most likely the plugin. See what they have to say and let us know.
