Apply to specific pages only

My theme has a lot of custom functions that are implemented in blog posts and won’t work with the mobile version, however I really like the homepage and categories. My blog post pages are quite responsive already, and would like to use this plugin just for the homepage and categories – basically everything but my post pages. Is this possible? I realise it isn’t an out-of-the-box option, so is there a function I could implement or something I could change (maybe through .htaccess) that would achieve this?
