WordPress database error – Table ‘wp_comments’

    I am getting this message in the admin area:

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘wp_comments’ is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_approved = ‘0’

    The site is working fine though. Is there a way correct this error ?
