Responsive issue on some Android devices

It looks like the responsive design may break on Android phones before version 4.4. The columns fail to flow correctly and parts of the columns flow off the visible screen to the right. I have a Galaxy Exhilarate with Android 4.0.4. You can see the issue by looking at your site http://wpblogs.ru/themes/blog/theme/sg-window/ at https://www.browserstack.com/responsive and looking at the Google Nexus 4 (Version 4.2), Galaxy Note 3 (Version 4.3), and the Kindle Fire HDX7 (Version 4.3) in portrait. It does work correctly on the Galaxy S5 with Android 4.4.
