Xero – Key File not found

    HI guys,
    Im having an issue with my xero integration with woocommerce. I have followed everything to the letter in the documentation but have hit a snag when updating the settings. I have copied the correct files to the server via ftp and pointed xero to the correct path e.g /home/#useraccountname#/html/xero-certs/privatekey.pem
    /home/#useraccountname#/html/xero-certs/publickey.cer
    respectively,
    however receive a key file not found error.
    Any ideas please?? Im at a loss 🙁

    Hello —

    I am having the same issue. The file path to the keys is correct but the plugin settings errors out “Key file not found.”

    I contacted WooCommerce about this but no response.

    Any help would be appreciated.
