Register form and wp_insert_user

Hello
I am trying to use a registration form so that a user can create a new user from the website by using a form named RegisterNewUser and then insert by using wp_insert_user using the code below. It doesn’t seem to throw any errors but it also doesn’t work, can anyone advise what I am doing wrong?
