It appears to be working now. I tested it on other computers. I can’t seem to figure out the rules still…. I set it to exclude a specific post but it still pops up.

Hi Nancy if you ever close the popup a cookie will be set on your computer. So unless you are admin and the test mode is on you won’t see the popup until you clear your browser cookies.
If you want the popup to always pop you need to set cookies to 0 days.
The default rule that come with the popup is the one to show to every page . The rule is Page type is equal to all pages.
Becareful when you adding multiple rules as they can override each other. Also makes a difference by clicking “AND” or “add group rule”
Eg: The first means open popup if page is equal to A AND if page is equal to B. Because a page can’t be two pages your popup will never show.
The second means. Open poup if page is equal to A OR if page is equal to B
Regards
Thanks Damian for the reply. Yes I had the cookies set to 0 days. Thank you for clarifying the rules. That helps a lot. Great plugin!

I’m still a bit fuzzy on how to prevent the popup from showing on specific pages, posts, categories etc. Meaning I want it to show on all pages EXCEPT for… whatever I set. Is that possible?
Thanks!

Yes you can create that with only one rule.
For example Show popup if page is not equal to XXXXX
So it will show always except for that page.
