Textual Content isn't showing

    Hello!

    Here’s hoping you can help me solve this as my online shop is live. I have text entered for every product but it’s not appearing on the page when a product is clicked. Here’s an example.

    Yes, it’s all set to public (status, visibility, etc). I have content for every product entered on the site so far but none of it is showing.

    Any ideas?

    Also, I would expect to see a product picture on the product page.

    I should update the theme from version 2.1 to 2.2.

    Try to narrow down which component is causing the problem. Deactivate all other plugins. If the problem resolves you have a plugin conflict. Reactivate your plugins one-by-one to try to identify the offender.

    If the problem does not resolve, temporarily try the default theme. If this does fix the problem, it looks like a theme issue. As it is a commercial theme, your theme vendor’s tech support are best placed to advise. wordpress.org forum members don’t have access to commercial themes.

    I’ve deactivated all of the plugins. I even tried 15 different themes, 14 of them non-commercial, including the default, and the results are the same. It’s not a plugin or a theme conflict.

    There are quite a few wp.com links in the source, is the site hosted on wordpress.com? My undertsanding is that wordpress.com doesn’t support WooCommerce yet.
