publicize jeptpack

I have recently moved from wordpress.com to a self hosted site. I have installed jetpack publicise.

On wordpress.com, my total followers were grouped and included my email, blog, facebook and twitter followers.

I noticed in a thread that about 2 years ago jetpack was thinking about doing the same for a selfhosted site.

Is this available yet?
