Oh sorry, I thought WP. 😀 Here is the link. Two days back I created a test with 100 items but now I can see only first 9 of them. Others are gone.

No, only 9 which are visible on the frontend.
Even if I add more, they immediately disappear as I save the test.

Hmm… So are you sure it started after upgrade to 4.3.1? Can you downgrade to WP 4.3?
Yes, I am sure. Maybe there is no correlation between them. Now, I am observing something new. Let me share it with you. Once you set up 50 or more questions, and try to edit that test, you require more time to ”load” the test. Let us assume 25 items are loaded in the editor and I edited first one and I “update” it, it seems that the other 25 items which didn’t load, disappear.
Yes, I checked that too as you suggested. I created a new test and put 50 questions in that just now. Then checked it on frontend and all 50 were there. Later I edited the same test in next 5 minutes for other things like scales and results etc. and now all of a sudden my questions tally dropped to 33 from initial 50, both on frontend and in editor.
Could it be that your hoster just changed some variable settings?
Btw, did you have a chance to downgrade to 4.3?

Frontend just shows what’s going on in editor. So as I see if it drops in editor, then in frontend too.
