Hi, I believe this will have to be done in the page template, and you will need FTP access to modify those templates. Also bear in mind your changes could be overwritten when the theme is next update so you should make all these changes in a child theme. Generally the author should stay above the comments otherwise you might force your reads to scroll through reams of comments to find the authors name.
Thanks, clintongreen! This is my first website and I’m not good with coding so if you or anybody have any specific directions on how to do it, it would be much appreciated. Btw, having the author right after the content is less important for me than the having the comments section there.

Hi.Thanks for this easy to use, clean and modern theme. How can I move the comment section higher so it is right after the post (i.e., before author, tags, etc.)? My site is http://www.seekfreaks.com.
