Options Tab: "Save Changes" button not saving

I am new to Wordfence, so it may be something that I am doing wrong.
I just uploaded the plugin (free), and I am now going through the recommended steps in getting the settings properly adjusted. And for whatever reason, in the “Options” section, none of my input information is being saved.
When i push the “Save Changes” button, nothing seems to happen. No little spinning circle…nothing.
In both the “Basic Options” section where it asks for “Where to email alerts:”…this info will not save.
As well as any other info I input into the “Advanced Options”…this too does not save.
Please advise.
