404 errors

I can create with no problem menu items, also delete too.

But when I create a new page, i get an error 404.

I checked the permlinks under settings, its ok.

Not sure what else to do.

appreciate any HELP.

Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server is our webserver.
