image and weight not imported

hi,
I know only the basics about web design. I have read through previous tread on fixes but and tried to add them to mine only to get fatal errors and when I removed them I still have a fatal error coming up.
My old website is at http://www.angeliccompanions.com/catalog
I imported from there and following issues came up.
double catagories
no images
no weight

Any help would be good
