how can I create a second file for german formal language:

This language code isn’t currently supported, but will be in future versions.

Hi, any news on german formal support? I have problems translating “The 7” Theme (with child theme).

I’m still confused if the reason is the child theme, loco translate, or the new WordPress 4.4 german formal language support.
