which form suits me better?

Hello,

I need to clarify some points about functionality and features, and see which form suits my needs better. Hope somebody can give me some advice about extensions or forms to purchase.

1. To be able of creating conditional fields, per example: we have 3 different services with different price. Client has to have possibility to choose few of these services, any quantities. And depending on what the client choose, some another field should calculate the totals of: 1) quantity of services (total amount); 2) total price of all services/amounts chosen, in $

2. Can we store all the information from the clients once they click submit?

3. Ability to upload files, more than one at the time? As well, enter their instructions into a field created for that purpose.

4. Automatically add coupon discounts depending on the quantities they choose? (example, add 10% discount if client chooses to buy more than 10 items)

5. Payment options besides Paypal, credit card or bank transfer per example?

In summary, this is what I need from the form:

3 services, possibility to choose quantities for each of them, then total number of all items per services chosen + total amount calculated in dollars, for all services and items chosen, and then payment according to that total, via Paypal or card. And a possibility to have automatically counted discounts for particular quantities.
