Can the Plugin allow rights on "Posts"

Good Morning,

What I would like to be able to do is to set up logins that allow the logins only to be able to post to specific Albums?

This is required as I wish to give individual photographers access to ONLY post in their album.

Can the plugin do this? If not any suggestions??
