NextGEN – "Other Options" Blank Page

Hello,

I have a WordPress website that uses NextGEN but I can’t seem to change the lightbox settings – I want the lightbox to work like a slideshow and to slowly display all of the photos in a gallery without having to click “next” (there are 300+ photos).

Am I correct in thinking that the settings for this are under “Other Options”?

If so, then I seem to have a problem viewing the “Other Options” page via the WordPress dashboard. It just comes up with a blank page.

I’m using WordPress 4.3 and have NextGEN 2.1.15.

I’m using Firefox 40.0.3 and I have also tested this on Chrome 45.0.2454.85 but I get the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.

@psychocenobite – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

It looks like it might be the theme that I am using. I switched to the standard 2014 theme and the “Other Options” were available.

I just made the option changes (inc. adding prettyPhoto) and then switched the theme back.

Everything seems to be okay now… apart from not being able to see “Other Options” unless I switch back to 2014.

Hello,

I’m having this same problem.
So I’m now unable to use lightbox anymore (clicking on photograph goes to separate page) and images don’t show on mobile devices.
I’ve tried the reset tool, disable all plug ins, switch theme – still unable to see the Settings and Other Options pages as they’re blank.

Google Chrome – 45.0.2454.85 (64-bit)
Theme – Avada v3.8.4
NextGen Pro – Version 2.3.5
NextGen Gallery – Version 2.1.15
Wordpress version 4.3.1–en_GB
