Can you please try adding any other content and trying to resave settings to see if the content will be displayed.
We used to have issues with basic certificate but this should be fixed in the latest version of the plugin. Can you please let me know which version of the plugin you’re using?

I have try resave the settings . It’s still same.
Still got one question . If i open a unit with only live chat . the course percent will be 0 % . And won’t show the certificate section .

I’ve done some testing on the certificate and I’ve been able to recreate the issue which means this is a bug. As you mentioned above background option is working just fine but the content is not displayed in the pdf. I’ve reported this to our developer so he can investigate this further.
Regarding your second question for chat I’ve been testing this with only live chat element in the unit and I couldn’t recreate the issue.

I’ve done some additional testing using CoursePress theme and also WorkBook and Discussion as you did based on your screenshots.
The certificate is not displayed until the course is actually completed and also you’ll need to click on “Done” button once you’ve done with the chat so the unit can be marked as complete.
Can you make sure you’re clicking done in the unit with the chat?

I understand how you’re using the chat element, I’m using it in the same way on my sandbox site.
Would you mind trying to test for conflicts to see if that will make any difference? To do that please try disabling all other plugins aside from CoursePress and WordPress Chat plugins to see if any of the other plugins is conflicting with them.

Not really sure what you’re looking to achieve here, can you please add more details so I can better understand the issue.

As much as I’d love to help with this one this is unfortunately beyond my knowledge scope, I’ve reported this to our plugin developer so he can investigate this further and fix in one of the following plugin updates.

What i trying to say is . Currently the plugin are allow instructor to set the cost . So is it possible to disable and don’t allow instructor to do that? and only administrator role able to set the cost for the course .

This is unfortunately not possible out of a box with the current version of the plugin, you’d have to change instructor capabilities in order to change that.
Since this is a nice suggestion I’ll create a feature request for this so it will be considered to be added to the plugin.
