    Hi

    I’ve been having problems with the downloads on my site. This error message shows when a member tries to download

    Error parsing the X-Amz-Credential parameter; the region ‘us-east-1’ is wrong; expecting ‘eu-west-1’
    </Message>

    Any ideas, help would be welcome

    It SOUNDS like you have the wrong Amazon S3 File Bucket Region set here: WordPress Dashboard →s2Member®(Pro) → Download Restrictions → Amazon S3/CDN Storage Option.

    Thanks Patricia, not sure what happened but I think I’ve found the problem
