Link theme button to fancyBox contact form

Hi!
Im am using Zerife Lite and made a pop up contact form using fancybox, contact form 7 and this code:

How can i link red button in big tittle section to this popup contact form?
If it is not hard for you try to explain in details, cause i saw something similar here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/link-to-fancybox-contact-form-from-theme-button and didn’ t get anything((
