Internal Server Error during checkout

    Hello,

    Your plugin looks great, but it causes problem on my website.
    – my base country is Czech Republic
    – my site is multilingual with WPML
    – I am using Product Price Based on Countries from Oscar Gare

    When your plugin is enabled order can be completed only with delivery to Czech Republic. If country is different then appears “Internal Server Error” on the checkout page. If I disable your plugin order can be finished to any country.

    Can you fix this bug? I need your plugin for B2B orders within EU.

    Hi Athloner,
    The issue is probably caused by a conflict caused by one of the plugins you mentioned. The EU VAT Assistant is tested with WooCommerce and our plugins. We don’t run tests that involve 3rd party plugins, thus we cannot guarantee compatibility with them.

    In your specific configuration, WPML should work correctly (we have many customers who use it together with the EU VAT Assistant), and it’s possible that the Product Price Based on Countries is conflicting with our plugin.

    If you need to use the EU VAT Assistant and set prices for different countries, please note that we have our own Prices by Country plugin, which will work correctly, and it’s fully supported by us.
