Deleting Posts and Categories not possible

He there, as the title says, i am not able to delete post or categories in the admin panel. After deleting, the categories and post disappear, but after refresh they are back. Anybody know this issue? The only way to delete post is to open one by one and delete. Any solutions? Looking forward to your ideas!
