Form Preview not working | WordPress.org

I installed Custom Skins Contact Form 7 (downloaded it and uploaded it since I couldn’t do it directly from WordPress). I have two forms in use. When I open skin and select either, it does not preview.

I tried setting up a new form; does not work either.

Hello uscroger,

This problem maybe comes from jquery error, please check on fresh wordpress with default theme and without extra plugin.
