Pop-Up Always On

Hello,
Sorry for the simple question. We have the popup maker setup (very nice plug-in, by the way – thank you!) but it won’t shut off using Safari if we set it to the entire site or posts and/or pages. Right now, we have it restricted to 404 pages until the cookie error (JS?) gets repaired somehow.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
