    I just installed WC Marketplace. I am using Directory Press as my Theme. It has a listing page but I wanted customers to not only list links to their website but to sell directly from my site (with me getting a commission from each sale)-similar to etsy. It sounds like your plug in will accomplish that.

    It appears that vendors can add their products-but I can’t find where that takes place. I played with adding pages to my menu and logging in but nothing shows up. I am wondering if my theme and wc marketplace or woo commerce are having a conflict or am I just doing something wrong.

    Many thanks for trying our plugin.

    There are a few things that you need to do to make the WCMp work. Unfortunately we are not ready with the plugin documentation yet that you could refer to and follow to fix the issue.

    1. Vendor registration: First things first – How are you adding vendors? Are you adding them manually, or can users sign up as vendors? The bottom-line is, you need to have users with vendor role assigned to them for this plugin to work. If you have an existing list of registered users, you may assign them the vendor role by following the given steps:

    Login into your dashboard, go to Users and select the users you want to assign vendor roles. Use the bulk action tool to assign then vendor role.

    Alternatively, if you want to allow new users to sign up as vendors:

    1. Go to Woocommerce>Settings>Accounts, and check the “Enable registration on the “My Account” page” box.

    2. Go to Woocommerce>WCMp>General, and check the “New Vendor registration” box. If you mark the next box checked (Approve vendors manually), you will have to go to Users section to manually approve each vendor registration.

    Now that you have vendors, you need to allow them to add products. To allow vendors to upload/publish products, please follow the steps:

    Go to: Woocommerce>WCMp>Capabilities. Depending on your business model, you may allow vendors to upload products as draft(which will have to be manually approved by you), or directly publish in your site.

    Once you have done the above mentioned steps, it is a cakewalk!

    To add product as a vendor:

    1. Goto “VENDOR DASHBOARD”
    2. Login as a vendor
    3. You can find a link “Submit a Product”.
