Do you mean post permalinks for default posts or adverts or all of them?

Do not work just for default posts. And I also try to instal custom slugs for adverts, but it also doesnt work, get eror page not found.
I am not sure, you can try disabling other plugins you have installed one by one and see if this helps.
On a fresh WordPress installation i can’t seem to replicate this problem so i am guessing this is conflict with either some plugin or theme.

other plugins do nothing, everythink works properly, but when activate wp adverts permaling goes from web.com/post-name to web.com/?p=9999 but with posts category and keywords permaling everything is Ok, thats very strange for my
I can’t tell i never had similar issue before, and i do not really know what could be causing it, i will try to replicate it on my site, but i can’t promise i will be able to fix it, sorry.
