Resize header on mobile devices

Hi Everyone,

My site (jackgmarch.com) has a square logo, and on my theme (Swell Lite) it takes up nearly half the page on mobile devices as a result even with responsive design.

I’d like to make my logo smaller on mobile devices only, maybe half the size as it’s bad if people have to scroll too far, I’ve worked out how to remove the header completely on mobile devices but that is bad for branding as it’s much harder for people to remember the site.
