Help locating appropriate template?

    I’m looking for a theme for a particular website look, and not having much luck. Help anyone?

    HERE is a mockup of the website

    General characteristics:
    Overall
    • Mobile-friendly (responsive)
    • Top navigation
    • Able to primary background and left sidebar colors
    Left sidebar
    • Logo at top left, alongside (rather than above) top navigation
    • Fixed (Non-scrolling)
    • customizable width (ideally as percentage of screen)
