Primary header menu – how to left justify?

The primary header menu in this theme by default justifies to the right.

This looks kind of odd unless the menu is full.

If the menu doesn’t have enough items to span the page (in box view), there is an awkward-looking empty space where the the logo is in the top left corner.

Can this menu be changed to justify to the left?
