The interface display a lot of things wrong, so i cannot upload photos, add new products, posts etc.

    Are you perhaps running Chrome?

If so, Chrome 45 has a rendering bug. There is a ticket open on Chrome’s bug tracker about this issue, hopefully they will fix it soon: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=509179

In the meantime, here is a workaround to eliminate the issue in Chrome.

    Go to chrome://flags/#disable-slimming-paint
Enable the “Disable slimming paint” option.
Ensure that the “Enable slimming paint” option below it is not turned on.
    Relaunch Chrome.
When you’re done, the final result should look like this:

This will disable the problem code in Chrome and allow the menus to render normally.

I’ve tried what you suggested and still have the problem.
I have another website with WordPress installed on it and it is running perfectly.

I know now that is something about this particular domain.

    This is how it looks:

Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.
