To turn off uppercase in the site title and page titles, this should do the trick:
.site-title, .page-title {
text-transform: inherit;
}
Don’t edit the theme files directly, otherwise your changes will be overwritten every time the theme is updated to the latest version.
An easy way to add custom CSS is to install the Jetpack plugin and activate the Custom CSS module. You’ll then add your custom CSS in the new stylesheet editor that’ll appear in your dashboard, under Appearance > Edit CSS.
As alternatives, you could either install a standalone custom CSS plugin, or create a child theme.
Yes do a child theme, it would be the most flexible option,

I am lost here.
I have Teamviever.. is somebody willing to help me with this?

Marco, if the above change is all that you wish to make, install one of the standalone CSS plugins and then it is just a matter of copy and pasting the code Kathryn gave into the CSS plugin edit area and saving.
This support document will guide you on installing plugins.
problem solved.. i moved to the divi theme.
much better
